1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed slightly. In such cases, we will notify you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

4. Shipping Areas

We currently ship nationwide across Pakistan. For international shipping, please contact us before placing your order.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for all eligible locations within Pakistan. Please ensure that someone is available to receive and pay for the order at the time of delivery.

6. Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the package may be returned to us. Additional charges may apply for re-shipping.

7. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect address details.

8. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during transit, please contact us immediately with your order details. We will work with the courier service to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
